Tabeeb El-Kheir equips emergency rooms and intensive care units, supports emergency patients with medications and surgeries, and sponsors individuals with critical illnesses through monthly medical and social assistance. The organization also works to raise public awareness about emergency medical conditions while upholding high standards of professionalism, integrity, and compassion.Role Description This is a full-time Telesales Specialist role based in Heliopolis with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site and work-from-home days. The Telesales Specialist will contact potential and existing supporters, donors, and partners by phone to present Tabeeb El-Kheir’s services, campaigns, and initiatives. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, answering inbound inquiries, explaining programs and donation options, and accurately recording information in the CRM system. The role involves following up on leads, handling objections professionally, and ensuring a positive, empathetic experience for every caller. The Telesales Specialist will also collaborate with fundraising and marketing teams, participate in training sessions, and provide feedback from calls to help improve outreach strategies.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and communicate clearly and respectfully over the phone.Proven Sales and Telesales abilities, including handling objections, closing commitments, and working toward individual and team targets.Experience in Customer Support, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of caller satisfaction.Ability to participate in and benefit from Training, and openness to ongoing coaching and performance feedback.Previous experience in telesales, call centers, fundraising, or non-profit environments is preferred.Comfort using CRM or call management systems and basic office software.Fluency in spoken and written Arabic; working proficiency in English is an advantage.Strong ethical standards, empathy for patients in critical conditions, and a commitment to Tabeeb El-Kheir’s mission.
