Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the company’s real estate projects. Handle incoming calls and respond professionally to customer inquiries. Build and maintain a strong client database through consistent follow-up. Support the sales team in generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings. Represent the company in a formal and professional manner during all communications Requirements: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in telesales (preferably in real estate). Commitment to attending work in formal business attire. Strong punctuality and adherence to working hours. Must be a resident of Cairo. Completed mandatory military service. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets
