The Telesales Team Leader will oversee a telesales team, set daily and weekly sales targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and support to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include planning call campaigns, assigning leads, tracking conversion rates, and ensuring adherence to sales scripts and quality standards. The role involves handling escalated customer calls, maintaining strong customer service practices, and collaborating with management to refine sales strategies and processes. The Telesales Team Leader will also prepare sales reports, analyze team performance, and contribute to training and onboarding of new team members.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to influence and negotiate over the phone.Proven Team Leadership and Team Management skills, with experience motivating teams, providing feedback, and driving performance in a sales environment.Demonstrated Sales skills, including telesales experience, target achievement, and familiarity with sales pipelines and KPIs.Customer Service skills, with a focus on handling objections, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience.Experience in call center or telesales operations, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or technology services.Proficiency with CRM systems, call-tracking tools, and basic reporting in spreadsheets or dashboards.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in Arabic and good proficiency in English are preferred; additional languages are a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
