Job SummaryThe Tender Engineer is responsible for preparing, managing, and submitting competitive bids for projects. This role involves analyzing tender documents, coordinating with internal departments, pricing, and ensuring that all submissions comply with client requirements and deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing for projects.Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to gather required technical and commercial inputs.Prepare technical and financial proposals in line with client requirements.Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options within the tender.Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.Ensure timely submission of complete tender documents.Follow up on submitted tenders and maintain records of all tender activities.Participate in post-tender clarifications and negotiations if required.Maintain a database of costs, suppliers, and previous tenders for reference.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, or relevant field).3–5 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or cost control.Experience in signage, wayfinding systems, metal works, or construction is highly preferred.Employment DetailsEmployment Type: Full-time.Location: El Sheikh Zayed.Preferred live in 6 of October or El Sheikh Zayed.Business hours: 10 AM – 6 PM.📩 How to Apply:Send your CV to [info@yettrace.com] with the subject line: Tender Engineer– YETTRACE.
