This role plays a key part in preparing accurate, competitive, and technically compliant offers while supporting Sales in techno-commercial discussions with customers.🔑 Role PurposeReview customer RFQs and technical requirements, estimate costs, and prepare complete technical documentation to support high-quality quotations and proposals.📌 Key ResponsibilitiesReview customer RFQs, specifications, and drawingsPrepare cost estimates using approved costing toolsDevelop technical documents including:Scope of SupplyTechnical NotesDeviation ListsSpare Parts ListsRevise offers based on customer feedback in coordination with the Tendering ManagerPrepare contract reviews and support order handover to Project teamsExplain technical compliance and deviations to Sales and customers when requiredSupport techno-commercial discussions with SalesCoordinate with suppliers for non-standard components when neededTrack expected projects, hit rates, and offer lifecycle metrics🎓 Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering2–3 years of experience in tendering or estimationExperience in switchgear manufacturing is preferredProficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage🌟 Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong technical and commercial understandingClear communication and documentation skillsAttention to detail and analytical mindsetCustomer and stakeholder relationship managementKnowledge of risk and compliance in tendering
