KB Architects is hiring a Senior Tendering Engineer to join our growing team in Maadi.KB Architects is a general contracting firm bringing together experienced design and construction teams to deliver end-to-end construction services, including feasibility studies, preliminary design, and turnkey project delivery.The Senior Tendering Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing technical and commercial tender submissions, studying drawings and specifications, preparing cost estimates and BOQs, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and supporting bid finalization for construction and engineering projects.Key ResponsibilitiesReview tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and client requirements.Prepare cost estimates, pricing breakdowns, commercial proposals, and tender submissions.Request, evaluate, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project teams.Identify risks, scope gaps, assumptions, exclusions, and required clarifications.Support value engineering, bid strategy, and procurement planning.Ensure timely and compliant tender submissions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Solid experience in tendering, estimation, procurement, or technical office roles within construction or engineering firms.Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, tendering procedures, and contract terms.Ability to read and analyze drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Excellent Excel, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.Experience in turnkey projects is a plus.Employment DetailsLocation: MaadiType: Full-time, On-site
