Analyze tender documents (drawings, specifications, BOQs – Bill of Quantities).Prepare detailed cost estimates and budget for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.Ensure compliance with client requirements and tender conditions.Compare costs and prepare value engineering options.Maintain cost databases and historical data for future tendersAttend pre-bid meetings and site visits if required. Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering2–5+ years of experience in tendering/estimation within contracting companiesStrong knowledge of cost estimation, pricing, and BOQ analysisExperience in quantity take-offs and reviewing drawings/specificationsFamiliarity with subcontractors and supplier sourcingProficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level is a must)Good understanding of construction methods and materialsKnowledge of contracts (e.g., FIDIC) is a plus.
