Summary:The role of the Test Manager is to oversee end-to-end testing processes in CRM applications, ensuring that all deliverables meet high-quality standards through strategic planning and effective leadership.What we offer:Contract Length: 12 monthsType of contract: B2B ContractWork Model: Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days remote)Budget: 14-16,5 euro/hourMain Responsibilities:Define Test Strategy: Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies aligned with project goals.Plan Test Activities: Create detailed test plans, schedules, and resource allocation.Monitor Progress: Track testing progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.Master Test Plan: Own and maintain the master test plan for all phases of testing across all teams.Peer Review of Test Cases: Ensure quality and coverage through peer reviews of test cases.Coordinate E2E Regression Testing: Manage end-to-end regression cycles across integrated systems.Coordinate E2E UAT: Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and ensure smooth execution.Training: Provide training and guidance to QA team members and stakeholders.Best Practices: Promote and implement testing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.Key Requirements:9+ years of experience in test management.Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.Expertise in test planning, execution, and reporting.Knowledge of automation and performance testing concepts.Experience with SAP applications and CRM - D365 applications.Nice to Have:Experience using MIRO for collaboration and planning.Experience with Azure DevOps for test management.
