You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies, applying quality processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires advanced proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and recommended expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) for EAM. You will foster a culture of quality, mentor team members, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes. Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and ensure quality across the application lifecycle. Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies using quality processes, methodologies, and innovative approaches.
