Job Summary:Increase total relationship balance of existing customer base of whom the bank defines as Tharwa Elect & those that have a potential to develop into Tharwa Elect clients.Job Description:Acquire and manage Tharwa Elect client’ relationship through promoting bank financial and non-financial products and services and provide the highest level of personalized banking experience and deepening relationships with New and existing customers,Acquire NTB clients and achieving the monthly & annual set target.Perform customer profiling to understand each client financial and lifestyle needs and provide the best tailored service level and financial advice in a manner that increases satisfaction and retention.Continuously source potential business opportunities and client’s referrals.Analyze own portfolio to better understand portfolio composition, identify weak areas vs. target and plan sales activities accordingly.Provide and maintain on going and daily basis sales and activities reports and any other report.Analyze portfolio indicators and come up with needed actions to enhance performanceAnalyze the customer profile and penetration ratio to identify cross selling opportunitiesResponsible for enhancing portfolio composition through activities, campaigns and action plans.Ensure that customer all requests and complaints are handled, ensure the adherence by all the stakeholders by follow ups on all requests and implementing the needed escalations if there is any delay.Act as the key contact between the customer and bank to answer all the customer inquiries.Locations:Damanhour, and Abou El Mattamer.Job Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or Accounting.Relationship Manager: From 4 to 8 years' experienceSenior Relationship Manager: From 8 to 12 years' experienceProven track record of relationship management and sales.Excellent communication, negotiation and selling skills
