Key Accountabilities:Maximize the bank’s profitability by achieving targets, increasing portfolio size, attracting new clients, and strengthening relationships with existing clients.Promote and bank services and products that meet client needs.Develop a detailed action plan to achieve targets, specifying the clients targeted during the month, and review it with the direct manager.Prepare the necessary credit memos for very small business clients based on the procedures for the digital assessment product, the bank’s credit policy, and the CBE regulations, to present them to the very small business credit department for both new and existing clients.Regularly monitor client activity to assess any developments or deviations that may require escalationPeriodically monitor all required documents/guarantees during the validity of the facilities and update them according to the organized procedures in this regard.Conduct regular visits to existing clients in the portfolio to monitor business status and create new sales opportunities for various products.Follow up and review accounts annual presentation to ensure compliance with credit conditions to mitigate operational risks and ensure continuous adherence to agreed-upon work procedures and policies.Monitor periodic performance reports of the portfolio that outline the current status of the portfolio compared to the situation at the beginning of the year.Manage the loans portfolio regarding its structure and the necessary follow-up and customer relationship management.Support the execution of all operations/transactions related to clients under the supervision of the direct manager.Qualifications & Experience:2-6 years of previous experience in banking institutions or non-banking financial institutions.A university degree in a field related to economics, commerce, or business administration.Preferred Credit Certified.Locations: Faqous - 10th of Ramadan - Obour - Awqaf - Qaliyub - Banha
