The Toll Manufacturing Specialist will coordinate toll manufacturing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that production partners meet HPG quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Daily tasks include planning and monitoring toll manufacturing schedules, overseeing manufacturing operations at partner facilities, and troubleshooting production issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The role will manage documentation, including batch records, technical agreements, and standard operating procedures, to ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The specialist will also support cost optimization, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives, while providing guidance and training to relevant teams on toll manufacturing processes and best practices.Responsibilities :- Coordination between company and manufacturing sites- Planning for production campaigns- Planning and executing pilot batches production in manufacturing sites- Planning and executing commercial batches production in manufacturing sites - Coordination of samples withdrawal from manufacturing sites- Acting as contact point between all company departments and manufacturing sitesQualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Science , Pharmacy or related field- more than 2 years of Experience - Manufacturing Operations skills- Training abilities- Excellent Communication skills- Experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus- Ability to work effectively in a team- Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
