Toll Operations Senior Specialist

Elle Cosmetics is seeking a highly organized and proactive Toll Operations Senior Specialist to manage and coordinate toll manufacturing operations with third-party customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, effective cross-functional coordination, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate toll operations activities from project initiation through final product delivery.Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned toll customers.Follow up with Production, Planning, R&D, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely project execution.Ensure customer requirements, specifications, formulations, and packaging materials are accurately communicated and implemented.Monitor project timelines and proactively address issues that may impact production schedules or delivery commitments.Track the readiness and availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and production resources.Coordinate new product launches, trial batches, scale-up activities, and commercial production runs.Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and customer communications.Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and service levels.Support customer audits, technical visits, and operational meetings.Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, quality standards, and internal procedures.Investigate and follow up on operational issues, customer complaints, deviations, and corrective actions.Generate and analyze operational reports and performance indicators.Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency enhancements.Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.2 – 4 years of experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, Pharmaceuticals, Contract Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Operations.Experience in Toll Manufacturing, Toll Operations, Customer Operations, and Project Coordination.Good understanding of manufacturing processes, GMP requirements, and quality systems.Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
