By doing so, Gebhaly helps online retailers expand into Egypt and overcome challenges related to language, shipping, payments, currency, and legal regulations.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and guide all activities of the tracking and warehouse team to confirm receiving customer's orders in right and perfect condition according to planned schedule.Follow up the purchased items on a daily basis.Follow up the shipments movement till delivery to the warehouses.Contact the websites in case of shipping delay to accelerate shipping.Follow up the delayed item at the warehouse and contact them in order to be shipped to its destination.Follow up the damage/missing items at the warehouse and take the appropriate action with the websites.Resolving daily tracking problems in an efficient manner to ensure the best service for customers.Take the required arrangements in order to return item(s) to the websites if needed.Work closely with Courier/Transports and Customer Service departments to help troubleshoot any fraudulent order issues in transit.Support the global operations team with special projects and share best practices to drive overall team performance.Job QualificationsBachelor Degree.Excellent English (Written & Verbal) is a must.Very Good Computer skills.Very Good problem analysis and problem solving.Very Good organizational skills.Attention to details.
