Job Responsibilities:The Trade Marketing Specialist willbe responsible fordeveloping and executing marketing strategies that drive growth within our trade channels. Also,willcollaborate closely with sales teams and external partners to ensure our service is effectively promoted and positioned in the market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and strong analytical skills to achieve measurable business results. Support Trade Marketing Strategiesto increase product visibility and sales within retail channels,includingassisting in the development of promotional campaigns,point-of-salematerials, and other marketing collateral.Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activitiesto forma solidmarketingcampaigns.Conduct research and analysis to gather information on market trends, consumerdemographics, and competitor activitiesto help in shaping effective marketing strategies and improving product positioning.Initiate ideas for marketing materials and campaigns,to ensurealignmentwith brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies align withsales objectives.alsoassistin creating sales presentations and providing marketing support to key accounts.Builda strong relationship with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders,to ensure seamless communication and alignment of trade marketing activities with overall business strategies.RequirementsRequired Skills and knowledge: 1-2years of Trade Marketing experience. Strong understanding of trade marketing principles, strategies, and tactics. Proficiencyin digital marketing tools and platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decisions.Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of market dynamicsAbilityto manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree of Marketing or any related field.A Marketing Diploma is preferable.
