About the Role:The Trade Marketing Specialist focuses on executing marketing activities in-market, including consumer programs, sampling, local promotions, and in-store presence.Moving forward, the role will emphasize trade planning expertise with clear in-store KPIs to drive market share and achieve sales and profitability (EBITDA) targets.Key Responsibilities:Assist in monthly sales forecasting and annual planning (S&OP).Plan and execute promotions, trade offers, and local marketing activities across channels.Develop and implement in-store visibility plans (displays, merchandising).Support product launches and market-specific line extensions.Track and monitor trade marketing budgets and spending.Coordinate sampling events and in-store activations.Prepare reports and analyze performance.Monitor key KPIs: sales, market share, Numeric Distribution (ND), shelf share, and pricing. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.2–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or FMCG.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
