Training Supervisor ( Experience as Training Supervisor in Training Field is A must )

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Training Supervisor to oversee and manage training operations end-to-end. The role serves as a key liaison between the training center and trainers, ensuring seamless coordination, high-quality delivery, and an exceptional learning experience for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Manage trainers by maintaining effective communication, coordinating schedules, and following up on course delivery. • Source and recruit qualified trainers across various disciplines (administrative, technical, and professional) within Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and other Arab countries. • Oversee all training logistics for both online and in-person programs, including training materials, virtual platforms, and trainee evaluations. • Develop and continuously update the trainers’ database, categorizing trainers based on expertise, experience, and geographical location. • Monitor training quality and ensure compliance with the center’s professional standards.
