Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent based in Kuwait. The Travel Agent will be responsible for handling travel arrangements, managing reservations, coordinating car rentals, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves promoting and selling travel products and services to clients. Daily tasks include communicating with customers, preparing itineraries, and maintaining accurate records of bookings and sales. Timely and efficient service delivery will be critical to success in this position."TDR"1. Travel Planning & Coordination:• Arrange domestic and international business travel for employees and management.• Coordinate flight bookings, hotel accommodations, transportation, and visa requirements.• Ensure travel arrangements comply with company policies and budget guidelines.2. Booking & Vendor Management:• Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and transportation providers.• Negotiate rates and secure cost-effective travel arrangements.• Maintain relationships with travel service providers and monitor service quality.3. Travel Documentation & Compliance:• Prepare and process travel requests, approvals, and related documentation.• Assist employees with visa applications, travel insurance, and required permits.• Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and company travel policies.4. Expense & Budget Control:• Monitor travel expenses and maintain accurate records.• Verify travel invoices and coordinate with Finance for payments and reimbursements.• Prepare periodic travel cost reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.5.
