Handle inbound and outbound travel reservation requests.Prepare travel packages, quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations.Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and other travel suppliers.Provide exceptional customer support and follow up with clients throughout the booking process.Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless travel service delivery.Manage booking amendments, cancellations, and urgent client requests in a timely and professional manner.Maintain accurate booking records and update client information.Travel when required for business needs, conferences, site inspections, client support, or operational activities. Minimum 3 years of experience in travel reservations.Proven experience in both inbound and outbound tourism.Strong knowledge of hotels, flights, transportation, travel packages, and tourism operations.Experience dealing with travel suppliers, hotels, and corporate clients.Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.Very good command of English, both written and spoken.Proficiency in reservation systems, Microsoft Excel, email, and online booking platforms.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach.Willingness to travel when required for business needs.
