Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.Job Code: 2024FINA-234Job Responsibilities: Plan and organize daily activities of treasury functions including Cash Management and Credit, data entry, reporting, reconciliations, settlements, and supporting documentation Daily update of cash position for all bank accounts Review of cash flow and funding requirements for the business activities, both in the short-term and long-term Prepare bank reconciliations, investigate, and clear reconciling cash/bank items regularly Reviews and drives improvements in cash management, ensuring financial obligations are being met in the preset due dates, and in accordance with Company policies and procedures Handling the day-to-day operation with financial institutions by monitoring the implementation of cashtransactions with no delay to ensure a cash flow stream. Directing the collectors and bank representatives on a daily basis Perform other duties as assigned and related to the scope of work and profession Managing daily bank transfers in a timely mannerJob Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, or accountingExperience +2 years in the treasury functionFluent in written and oral EnglishGood knowledge of finance and treasury, banking services and products, accounting standards, financial systemsHard worker, and team playerGood communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsProficient user of Microsoft Office applicationsOracle NetSuite experience is a plusThank you for considering Bosta as your next career step.
