Key Responsibilities:Manage the issuance, amendment, renewal, utilization, and closure of Letters of Credit and Letters of Guarantee.Coordinate all LC and LG requirements with banks, suppliers, and relevant internal departments.Prepare and monitor daily cash positions and cash-flow forecasts.Process payments, transfers, loan repayments, and interest payments.Monitor banking facilities, limits, maturities, and expiry dates.Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding differences.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury management reports.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 + years of relevant experience in corporate treasury or banking operations.Practical experience in the issuance and full operation of Letters of Credit and Letters of Guarantee.Experience in coordinating LC and LG transactions with banks, suppliers, and internal departments.Good knowledge of banking facilities, cash management, payments, bank reconciliations, and cash-flow forecasting.Strong Microsoft Excel, analytical, communication, and reporting skills.Good command of written and spoken English.
