Duties & Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs and execute proactive hiring plans.Manage end-to-end recruitment for key business functions and critical positions.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future business needs.Business PartneringAct as the primary advisor to business stakeholders on talent decisions.Support organizational design initiatives aligned with grading and job leveling structures.Facilitate monthly recruitment performance and alignment reviews with management.Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and maintain competency frameworks across all divisions.Lead the creation, enhancement, and periodic review of Job Descriptions (JDs) ensuring consistency with grading and career paths.Support the implementation of job assessments and evaluation methods to enhance hiring accuracy and internal mobility decisions.Ensure role requirements are aligned with performance expectations and organizational capabilities.Conduct structured, competency-based interviews and assessments.Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.Employer Branding & Talent MarketingStrengthen Summit’s positioning in the talent market through branding campaigns and social media strategies.Lead partnerships with universities, hiring events, career fairs, and internship initiatives.Manage recruitment workflows via HR digital platforms.Drive continuous improvements through data-driven insights and compliance with labor regulations.Experience & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications (SHRM-CP, CIPD, PHR) are a plus. 5–8 years in talent acquisition with proven experience in competency-based hiring and JD development. Experience in System integerator industry is a must. ATS/HRIS proficiency, strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills, assessment tools, competency frameworks, and job evaluation methodologies.Business acumen, stakeholder influence, analytical thinking, problem-solving, agility, and strong communication.
