We are currently hiring for Manager - Treasury who will be the custodian of organization's liquidity and financial stability. The role will be to manage cash flow, oversee debt and financial arrangements, mitigating risks and maintaining strong relationship with financial institutions.The Ideal candidate will be a bachelor's degree in accounting/ finance with professional designation of CPA, CMA or CFA. He/ she should have 10+ years of experience in treasury. Main Responsibilities:Liquidity & Cash ManagementCash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain sophisticated short-, medium- and long-term cash flow models to ensure sufficient liquidity for project requirements.Cash Optimization: Oversee daily cash positioning and manage the movement of funds between various entities and project accounts.Working Capital Management: Analyze and optimize the working capital cycle to improve the company’s internal cash generation.Corporate Finance & FundingDebt Management: Manage existing credit facilities, ensuring compliance with all loan covenants and reporting requirements.Financing Strategy: Identify and evaluate various funding options (Project Finance, Sukuk, Bonds, or Syndicated Loans) to support future developments.Bank Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for banking partners to negotiate competitive terms for facilities and services.Financial Risk Management (Treasury Operations)Interest Rate Hedging: Monitor market volatility and implement hedging strategies to protect the company against fluctuations in foreign exchange and interest rates.Investment Management: Manage the company’s surplus cash through high-yield, low-risk investment vehicles in accordance with the corporate investment policy.Compliance & Control: Ensure all treasury activities comply with internal policies, IFRS standards, and local regulatory requirements.Strategic Support & ReportingBusiness Planning: Provide treasury-related inputs for the annual budget and five-year business plans, particularly regarding interest expenses and funding costs.MIS Reporting: Prepare accurate Treasury MIS statements, including liquidity reports, debt maturity profiles, and counterparty risk assessments.Process Improvement: Implement and optimize Treasury Management Systems (TMS) to automate workflows and enhance data integrity.
