We are looking for an experienced Turkish Desserts & Baklava Chef to be assigned to our hotel in Hurghada, Egypt, within Coral Group Hotels.QUALIFICATIONSGraduated from Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, Tourism & Hotel Management or related departments,Minimum 3 years of professional experience in traditional Turkish desserts and especially baklava production,Experienced in high class hotels operation, preferably international work experience,Experienced in dough preparation, syrup balance, baking, and presentation techniques,Knowledgeable in food safety, hygiene, and quality standards,Experienced in high-volume production processes,Adaptable to working in a multinational team environment,Guest satisfaction and quality-oriented mindset,Good command of English,For male candidates who have completed military service,Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Hurghada, Egypt.JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsible for the preparation and production of traditional Turkish dessert and baklava varieties,Ensures consistency in taste, quality, and presentation standards,Supports smooth daily kitchen operations,Ensures proper storage and rotation of products and ingredients,Maintains hygiene and food safety standards throughout all processes,Monitors product usage to minimize waste,Works in coordination with the kitchen team during service and production processes,Follows company standards regarding quality, hygiene, and food safety.
