Headquartered in Madrid, Konecta generates €2 billion in global revenues and serves 500+ clients across telecoms, energy, banking, mobility, retail, and e-commerce.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applicationsConduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testingCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockupsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutionsMaintain and contribute to design systems and UI standardsTranslate business requirements into functional and visually appealing designsOptimize designs based on user feedback and analyticsEnsure consistency across all digital products and platformsStay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologiesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar roleStrong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinkingProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similarUnderstanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability best practicesKnowledge of interaction design and prototypingFamiliarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plusStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
