The role ensures that products and solutions are user-centered, accessible, and aligned with business objectives, technical constraints, and brand standards.The UI/UX Designer collaborates with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Front-End Developers, Full Stack Developers, CRM Consultants, and stakeholders to transform requirements into engaging and effective user experiences.Key AccountabilitiesUser Experience DesignConduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.Develop personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and information architecture.Translate business and user requirements into intuitive workflows.Identify opportunities to improve usability and adoption.User Interface DesignCreate wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Define design systems, style guides, and reusable components.Ensure consistency with corporate branding and design standards.Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile.Collaboration & DeliveryWork closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.Support sprint planning and backlog refinement.Participate in design reviews and user acceptance activities.Provide design assets and specifications.Core Competencies3–6 years of experience in UI/UX design.Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design work.Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies.Strong visual design and interaction design skills.Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design.Strong communication and facilitation skills.Excellent command of English.Must have technical/professional skillsDesign Tools knowledge and proficiencyFigma , Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, Zeplin, CanvaResearch & TestingUsability testing toolsHeatmap and analytics toolsSurvey and feedback platformsKnowledge AreasDesign ThinkingInformation ArchitectureInteraction DesignAccessibility (WCAG 2.1/2.2)Responsive DesignDesign SystemsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.Certifications in UX/UI or Design Thinking are an advantage.Behavioral CompetenciesCreativity and InnovationCustomer CentricityCollaborationAttention to DetailCommunication and Presentation SkillsProblem SolvingContinuous LearningWho we areWe are a leading international Telco, serving millions of customers.
