We are looking for a hands-on Senior Unified Communications Engineer to join a dynamic international environment and take ownership of workplace and contact center infrastructure operations.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Unified Communications and ACD environments while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple regions.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Manage and troubleshoot ACD, CTI, IVR, and telephony environments• Design and maintain call flows and routing configurations• Support workplace infrastructure, hardware, cabling, and office relocations• Monitor network and system availability proactively• Handle incident, problem, and change management activities• Manage patching, software deployment, and compliance activities• Maintain technical documentation and support KPI reporting🔹 Requirements:✔ 2+ years of experience in enterprise contact center / Unified Communications environments✔ Strong hands-on experience with ACD/CTI/IVR platforms such as Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, or similar✔ Experience with VoIP, SIP, and telephony infrastructure✔ Knowledge of ITSM / ITIL processes✔ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills✔ Excellent English (minimum B1 level)✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
