Your responsibilities:Monitoring utilities, building maintenance, and HVAC processes to prevent breakdowns and production delays.Coordinating with warehouses to secure spare parts for scheduled and emergency maintenance.Advising technicians to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime during maintenance activities.Participating in contractor and supplier selection to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.Regularly inspecting firefighting pumps and lines to maintain readiness for emergencies. Qualification and Experience:Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Power or Electrical.3–6 years of experience in a similar industry.AutoCAD certification is a plus.Strong problem-solving, planning, and follow-up skills.High sense of urgency with effective communication and negotiation abilities.Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations.
