Utilities Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Utilities Engineer to oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and optimization of critical utility systems, including HVAC, purified water, WFI (Water for Injection), air compressors, generators, incinerators, and other facility equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with GMP, energy management (EnMS), and safety standards while leading preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and team coordination.RESPONSIBILITIESOperational Management – Monitor, record, and optimize the performance of all utility equipment (HVAC, water systems, compressors, generators, etc.) while ensuring compliance with GMP and safety regulations.Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Lead mechanical/electrical repairs, preventive maintenance planning, and timely resolution of equipment failures.Documentation & Compliance – Prepare SOPs, AutoCAD drawings, spare parts lists, and corrective action reports following internal audits and regulatory requirements.Team Coordination – Assign tasks to technicians, supervise work execution, and ensure efficient resource allocation.Energy & Safety Management – Implement and improve the Energy Management System (EnMS), adhere to QHSE policies, and respond to emergencies as per protocols.Continuous Improvement – Develop action plans to enhance energy efficiency, system reliability, and operational performance in line with company objectives.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.2+ years of hands-on experience in utilities operations, preferably in pharmaceuticals or regulated industries.Proficiency in AutoCAD, maintenance planning, and GMP/EU compliance.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.BENEFITSSocial, Medical and Life InsurancePension CoverageProfit ShareQuarterly Balanced ScorecardTransportation from certain points
