Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and effectively manage water supply systems, electrical distribution networks, and district cooling operations to ensure continuous, reliable, and efficient service delivery across all assets and facilities. Analyze utility consumption trends, historical data, and system performance to identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving, energy optimization, and sustainability initiatives. Coordinate closely with utility providers, service partners, and relevant government entities to ensure full compliance with regulations, service level agreements, and operational standards. Ensure accurate metering, billing validation, and preparation of detailed reports to support financial control, auditing requirements, and operational transparency. Lead, supervise, and support utilities maintenance and operations teams, ensuring adherence to HSE standards, SLAs, and continuous improvement practicesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline).5-8 years of proven experience in utilities management or facilities management operations within large-scale developments or real estate environments.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive efficiency improvements.Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills, with a solid understanding of utilities systems, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices.
