The Group reported 2024 global revenues of €22.1 billion.Job ResponsibilitiesWrite, edit, and maintain high-quality UX content across digital products, including web, mobile apps, and service platforms in both English and ArabicCreate clear, concise, and user-centered microcopy, including labels, buttons, tooltips, notifications, onboarding flows, and error messagesCollaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure content aligns with user journeys, design systems, and product goalsContribute to and work within established content style guides, voice and tone systems, and bilingual content standardsEnsure all content is culturally relevant, accessible, inclusive, and aligned with localization best practicesParticipate in design reviews, content workshops, and usability testing to validate and refine content solutionsMaintain consistent terminology and messaging across all digital touchpoints, ensuring coherence within the design systemSupport continuous improvements to the client’s content strategy by identifying gaps, simplifying complex interactions, and providing UX writing recommendationsUse tools such as Figma, Ditto, Frontitude, or Lokalise to collaborate, manage, and deliver content efficientlyWork with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets technical, business, and user experience requirementsJob RequirementsNative-level proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)3–5 years of professional experience in UX writing, content design, digital copywriting, or related fieldsStrong portfolio showcasing user-focused content across digital products (web, mobile, or conversational interfaces)Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, information architecture, and interaction design basicsExperience creating microcopy, onboarding content, error states, and transactional messagingAbility to adjust tone of voice and writing style for different audiences and contextsExperience working with design systems, pattern libraries, and reusable content componentsStrong collaboration skills, working closely with designers, PMs, engineers, and localization teamsFamiliarity with localization workflows and cultural considerations for bilingual contentKnowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive language requirementsExperience in government services, fintech, or B2C digital product environments is preferredProficient in tools such as Figma, and content platforms like Ditto, Frontitude, or Lokalise
