This role is the creative engine behind our visual brand. You will be fully involved in the entire production lifecycle, working directly from our studio space.Your responsibilities will include mandatory attendance at all video shooting sessions to assist with on-set production, followed by a heavy focus on the post-production pipeline. You will be responsible for flawless chroma key background separation, advanced motion graphics integration using Adobe After Effects, and sleek asset management. The ideal candidate is a high-ownership storyteller who can work independently, experiment with fresh visual trends, and maintain a flawless level of technical quality.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & On-Site Videography: Attend all live video shooting sessions. You will actively manage and assist on set to ensure framing, lighting, and technical elements are correct. A major plus if you can confidently hold a camera, handle professional cinema gear, and shoot footage during sessions.Chroma Key & Composition: Execute flawless background removal (green screen/chroma key separation), ensuring clean edges, color matching, and seamless composition with background elements.Advanced Motion Graphics: Utilize Adobe After Effects to build dynamic on-screen text animations, transitions, and motion graphic overlays that simplify complex mathematical concepts.End-to-End Video Editing: Edit high-quality, engaging educational videos, promotional content, and course materials.
