We foster a collaborative culture where data, student performance metrics, and a premium customer experience guide every decision.Role DescriptionThe Operations & Customer Relations Coordinator is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role acts as the operational backbone and the primary face of the organization, managing day-to-day activities to ensure flawless service delivery.You will serve as the central hub of communication—managing the entire student lifecycle from registration to active retention. You will be responsible for explaining our educational system clearly to prospective parents and students, managing the registration pipeline, and handling inquiries across WhatsApp, phone calls, and official channels. Internally, you will coordinate workflows, maintain student databases, and oversee internal support staff (data assistants and student supervisors).The ideal candidate is a high-ownership, fiercely independent professional who takes pride in the quality of their execution, allowing our instructional leadership to focus entirely on teaching.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Consultation & Registration: Act as the primary guide for incoming leads. Confidently and clearly explain our teaching methodology, course structures, and system requirements to prospective parents and students. Manage the end-to-end registration and onboarding process.Stakeholder Communication: Manage official communication channels (primarily high-volume WhatsApp and phone calls). Answer parent inquiries, handle school administration coordination, and follow up on student progress with a premium, empathetic tone.Operations & Data Management: Maintain absolute accuracy in student records, attendance sheets, and performance databases using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
