🌟 We’re Hiring: VIP User Operations Specialist – Social App IndustryWe are looking for a passionate and experienced VIP User Operations Specialist to join our growing team and help build strong relationships with high-value users within our social entertainment platforms.🎯 Key Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain relationships with VIP users to ensure high engagement and satisfaction.• Support community growth and user retention through daily communication and personalized follow-ups.• Organize and manage online social activities, campaigns, and user engagement events.• Identify and recruit potential VIP users and maintain long-term relationships with key communities.• Collaborate with operation and marketing teams to improve user experience and platform activity.• Monitor user feedback and provide insights to enhance engagement strategies.✅ Requirements:• Minimum 2 year of experience in user operations, community management, VIP relationship management, or social app operations.• Previous experience within social apps, live streaming platforms, voice/chat applications, gaming, or entertainment industries is highly preferred.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a user-oriented mindset.• Good understanding of voice-based social platforms and virtual gifting ecosystems.• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic reporting skills.⭐ Preferred Qualifications:• Experience working with multicultural or international user communities.• Familiarity with platforms such as Yalla, Bigo Live, Uplive, or similar social entertainment applications.• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.📩 If you’re passionate about social platforms, user engagement, and community growth, we’d love to hear from you!
