🚀 We're Hiring: Senior ACM Operationist (Agency & Community Management)📍 Social / Live Streaming IndustryWe’re looking for a proactive and results-driven ACM Operationist to join our growing team!🎯 Key Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain strong relationships with agencies, hosts, and key users.• Recruit, onboard, and support new hosts and agencies to grow successfully on the platform.• Hunt and attract new users, hosts, and agencies to drive platform growth.• Excellent communication skills to help guilds and streamers handle problems.• Ability to handle emergencies flexibly and calmly, stabilizing the guild and streamer situation; • Understanding the preferences of Middle Eastern guild leaders, streamers, and supporters;• Monitor agency and host performance and ensure KPIs are achieved.• Organize and manage online events, campaigns, and community activities.• Provide training, guidance, and operational support to improve engagement and retention.• Prepare performance reports and provide insights and recommendations to management.• Build and maintain active communities while ensuring a positive user experience.✅ Requirements:• 2-5 years of experience in ACM, user operations, community management, or agency management.• Previous experience in live streaming, voice rooms, social apps, gaming, or creator platforms.• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.• Experience in user acquisition, host recruitment, or agency hunting is highly preferred.• Familiarity with virtual gifting ecosystems and creator monetization models.• Good command of English (B1+ minimum required).• Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis.⭐ Preferred Qualifications:• Experience working with international or multicultural communities.• Strong understanding of community growth and retention strategies.📩 Apply now and become part of our growing team!
