Core Responsibilities: 1.Troubleshoot and fix all the issues of network/communication related to third parties and BM subsidiaries.2.Configure and troubleshoot all the core network hardware relating to offsite-ATMs, third parties network devise and core WAN devices.3.Proactively monitor the network and communication in the head offices, large branches and third parties to promptly identify, and resolve any head offices/ large branches network and system problems, performance issues.4.Escalate unresolved issues to the higher level support teams according to the agreed policies and procedures.5.Work closely with the communication team on preparing the WAN connectivitystructure in the BM buildings and large branches.6.Perform regular checks and analysis on network hardware and software for both building and third parties/subsidiaries network hardware to ensure all the configuration are consistent and all security measures are in place.7.Perform regular maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations for all the local network of buildings.8.Develop and provide reports on buildings/large branches, core network devices and BM third parties/subsidiaries.9.Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures
