We have a big dream to become a market leader in the snacking category, helping people enjoy healthy living every day.The RoleAs the Warehouse 3PL Supervisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between Mighty Foods and our 3PL partner while acting as the first line of control over warehouse performance. You'll ensure inventory accuracy, maintain high warehousing standards, optimize warehouse operations, and drive continuous improvement across our warehousing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily 3PL warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, loading, dispatch, and returns.Monitor and manage the 3PL provider against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs, driving continuous performance improvement.Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, stock audits, and root cause analysis of inventory variances.Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization to maximize capacity and reduce storage costs.Oversee inventory across Mighty Foods' internal temporary warehouses, ensuring accurate stock control, proper storage practices, and timely replenishment to support business operations.Collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, Planning, Accounting, Fleet & Distribution, and Manufacturing teams to support business operations.Track and report warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, on-time dispatch, picking accuracy, SLA compliance, shrinkage, and warehouse space utilization.Build and maintain strong working relationships with the 3PL management team, warehouse staff, and internal stakeholders.Monitor and optimize warehouse capacity utilization, ensuring efficient space planning to support business growth while minimizing storage costs and maintaining operational efficiency.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional certifications such as CPIM, CLTD, CILT, or equivalent warehouse management qualifications are a strong advantage.4–6+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain with hands-on warehouse management experience.Previous experience managing or working closely with the 3PL providers is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock reconciliation.Experience working with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP or Oracle experience is an advantage.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.🌟 Why Join Mighty Foods?Join one of Egypt's fastest-growing FMCG companies as we continue evolving into a world-class organization.
