Our warehouse operations are based on piece-picking (split-case), supporting multiple E-commerce platforms and Q-Commerce channels.📍 LocationOffice: Nasr City, CairoWarehouse: Obour City, Cairo🎯 Position OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and improve operational efficiency. This role is ideal for candidates with strong execution ability and attention to detail in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.🔧 Key Responsibilities1. Warehouse Operations ManagementOversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shippingManage piece-picking (split-case) operations and handle operational exceptionsEnsure timely and accurate order fulfillment2. Inventory ControlConduct cycle counts and routine stock checksMonitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepanciesEnsure proper stock handling and storage practices3. Data & System ManagementMaintain and update warehouse data, including:SKU master dataInventory levels and locationsInbound and outbound recordsOperate and support systems such as WMS, OMS, ERP, or internal tools4. Process ImprovementSupport process optimization and workflow improvementsIdentify inefficiencies and propose practical solutionsEnsure compliance with SOPs and operational standards5.
