Tessuto invites new team members to help shape the future of textiles in a dynamic, quality-driven environment.Role Description The Warehouse Manager role at Tessuto For Textile is a full-time hybrid position based in Qesm 2nd Shubra El Kheima, with some flexibility for work from home. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching textiles and materials in an accurate and timely manner. This role includes planning and organizing stock locations, supervising inventory counts, and ensuring optimal stock levels to support production and sales. The Warehouse Manager will lead and coordinate warehouse staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and support a safe, inclusive working environment. Additional responsibilities include managing warehouse equipment and maintenance, enforcing safety and quality standards, preparing reports on inventory and warehouse KPIs, and collaborating with procurement, logistics, and production teams to improve efficiency and reduce errors.Qualifications Strong stock control and inventory control skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and minimize discrepancies.Proficiency in inventory management and operations management to plan, organize, and optimize warehouse workflows.Experience with forklift operation and other warehouse equipment, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.Experience using warehouse or ERP systems, and solid skills in spreadsheets and basic data analysis.Proven people management skills, including team leadership, training, scheduling, and performance feedback.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.Previous experience in textile, manufacturing, or logistics environments is preferred.Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
