Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods with meticulous attention to detail.Manage inventory control systems, conducting regular stock counts and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.Implement and maintain efficient warehousing procedures, optimizing space utilization and workflow to enhance productivity.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety among all warehouse personnel.Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.Collaborate effectively with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Prepare comprehensive reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and operational performance.
