We’re Hiring | Senior System Engineer — VoIP Expert📍 Location: 6th of October🏢 Company: AlKhwarizmi.AI🕒 Full-Time | On-SiteAt AlKhwarizmi.AI, we’re building cutting-edge AI solutions that are transforming how businesses interact with their customers 🤖We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior System Engineer — VoIP Expert to join our Infrastructure & Telephony team.The ideal candidate must have a strong track record and hands-on production experience with:✅ Asterisk✅ FreePBX✅ FreeSWITCHThese are the core technologies for this role and are considered mandatory.Key Responsibilities✔️ Design, deploy, and maintain scalable VoIP systems✔️ Build and optimize complex dialplans, IVRs, queues & routing logic✔️ Troubleshoot SIP, RTP, codec & call-quality issues✔️ Configure SIP trunks, SBCs & carrier interconnects✔️ Integrate VoIP systems with CRMs, APIs & backend services✔️ Implement VoIP security best practices and monitor system performance✔️ Support high-availability and high-volume telephony environmentsRequirements✔️ 5+ years of hands-on VoIP experience in production environments✔️ Expert-level experience with Asterisk✔️ Strong hands-on experience with FreePBX & FreeSWITCH✔️ Strong Linux administration & server management skills✔️ Deep understanding of SIP/RTP, NAT traversal & codecs✔️ Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills✔️ Experience with networking concepts including QoS, Firewalls & VLANsNice to Have➕ Experience with WebRTC➕ Kamailio or OpenSIPS experience➕ Automation & scripting experience➕ Experience with contact center platforms📩 To apply:Please send your CV to: mariam.y@alkhwarizmi.ai
