Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a WhatsApp Automation Specialist located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. As a WhatsApp Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions for WhatsApp processes. Daily tasks include implementing and managing automation tools, identifying areas for improvement, troubleshooting technical challenges, conducting test cases, and ensuring the quality and reliability of automated processes. You will work closely with the technical and operational teams to optimize user engagement through efficient automation workflows. QualificationsExperience in Process Automation and Automation developmentStrong troubleshooting skills for addressing technical issuesProficiency in creating and executing test casesKnowledge of Quality Assurance practices and standardsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with WhatsApp Business API or similar platforms is a plusBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
