Workday techno-functional lead

We are seeking an experienced Workday Techno-Functional IT Lead to drive the implementation and ongoing evolution of Workday HCM across a multi-country environment. This role will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of Workday solutions, ensuring alignment between business requirements and system capabilities while supporting the organization's HR digital transformation journey.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full Workday implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and external implementation partners to deliver scalable and effective Workday solutions.Lead the configuration and optimization of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, and Integrations.Oversee data migration, reporting, testing activities, and user adoption initiatives.Drive governance, risk management, documentation, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.Provide strategic guidance on process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement opportunities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.8+ years of hands-on Workday experience.Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle Workday implementation.Strong expertise in Workday HCM, Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio), Reporting, and Data Migration.Experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.Strong project delivery, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Workday Certifications (HCM and/or Integrations) are highly preferred.
