PUNALU Company for Plastic and Wooden Industries proudly stands as the largest factory in Egypt specialized in the production of WPC (Wood Plastic Composite). We are seeking a skilled and motivated WPC Installation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the installation of WPC products across various sites, ensuring high-quality execution and compliance with technical standards.Responsibilities:Supervise the installation of WPC products at different project sites.Read and accurately implement technical drawings and execution plans.Conduct site inspections prior to installation to ensure readiness.Prepare and calculate required materials and accessories.Manage daily installation teams and assign tasks effectively.Ensure installation quality meets technical specifications.Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide effective solutions.Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Project Management departments.Prepare daily or weekly progress reports.Adhere to occupational health and safety procedures on-site.Inspect and approve work delivered by contractors or labor teams.Train technicians on proper installation methods for:WPC flooringInterior and exterior wall claddingPergolas and outdoor roofingFences and exterior decorative elements Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Production Engineering.Experience in WPC installation or finishing/decoration works.Strong knowledge of metal and aluminum structural systems used in installation.Ability to read engineering drawings and use software such as:AutoCADSketchUp (preferred)Proven leadership and team management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities in field conditions.Valid driving license and willingness to travel between sites preferred.Key Skills:Excellent organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication skills with clients and technicians.Ability to work under pressure in field environments.Competence in preparing technical reports.Work Environment:On-site work across both indoor and outdoor projects.Frequent travel between project locations.Flexible working hours depending on project schedules.Performance Indicators:Quality of execution.Adherence to project timelines.Minimization of waste and errors.Client satisfaction.Efficiency in managing installation teams.
