The Marine Senior Yacht Broker will be responsible for managing yacht sales and purchases, identifying and cultivating new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and staying updated on the latest trends in the yachting and marine industry. Additional tasks include preparing and negotiating offers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the brokerage process.Sales and Brokerage:- Actively prospect and identify potential buyers and sellers of yachts and boats.- Conduct thorough market analysis to determine competitive pricing and market trends.- Present and show yachts and boats to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits.- Negotiate sales and purchase agreements, ensuring favorable terms for clients.- Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to final transaction, including documentation and closing.Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing personalized service and support.- Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering expert advice and solutions tailored to their needs.- Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Industry Networking:- Establish and maintain relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and other industry professionals.- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.Qualifications:- Proven experience as a yacht or boat broker, or in a similar sales role within the marine industry.- Strong knowledge of yachts, boats, and marine equipment.- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals.- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.- Strong organizational and administrative skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.If you know someone who might fit please share and pass him this opportunity.
