Pinerium is seeking a strategic and business-driven Zoho Commercial Manager to lead commercial operations, revenue growth, client relationship management, and business performance across Zoho solutions and services.This role is responsible for managing commercial activities related to Zoho implementations, licensing, renewals, proposals, enterprise opportunities, and partnership coordination while ensuring alignment between Sales, Presales, Delivery, Finance, and Operations teams.The ideal candidate combines strong commercial management capabilities, SaaS business understanding, negotiation skills, and operational coordination abilities to drive sustainable growth and maximize business value.Key Responsibilities Commercial Strategy & Revenue GrowthDevelop and execute commercial strategies to support revenue growth and business expansion.Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments for Zoho solutions.Support pricing strategies, commercial positioning, and profitability optimization.Monitor commercial performance, revenue targets, and business KPIs. Sales & Opportunity ManagementLead and support Zoho Sales Account Managers during enterprise opportunities and strategic deals.Collaborate with Zoho Presales Consultants to align commercial positioning with proposed solutions.Support proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.Review quotations, licensing structures, service agreements, and commercial documentation.Ensure commercial alignment between client expectations and delivery capabilities. Zoho Licensing & Partnership ManagementManage Zoho licensing operations, renewals, subscriptions, and commercial compliance.Coordinate with Zoho partnership channels and vendor operations.Monitor licensing utilization and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.Ensure proper management of commercial processes related to subscriptions and renewals. Client Relationship & Account GrowthMaintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and strategic accounts.Support Zoho Account Managers in retention, account growth, and customer success activities.Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term commercial engagement.Assist in resolving commercial escalations and business concerns professionally. Financial & Operational CoordinationWork closely with Finance and Operations teams to support invoicing, forecasting, and revenue tracking.Monitor project commercial performance and operational profitability.Support contract lifecycle management and commercial reporting activities.Ensure operational and financial alignment across departments.
