Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Zoho Developer role based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Zoho Developer will design, develop, and maintain solutions across Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and related Zoho ecosystem tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring modules, customizing workflows, building custom functions and integrations (using Deluge and APIs), and optimizing existing implementations based on business needs. The role involves gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating them into technical specifications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity and system performance. The Zoho Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document configurations, provide user training or guidance, and support continuous improvement of business processes.QualificationsProven hands-on experience with Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator) and the broader Zoho ecosystem.Strong skills in customization and automation, including workflows, blueprints, custom functions, and Deluge scripting.Experience with system integration using REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools or platforms.Solid understanding of databases, data modeling, data migration, and reporting/dashboard creation within Zoho.Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Zoho-based solutions.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills in a production environment.Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document configurations and provide user support or training.Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Previous experience in an implementation, consulting, or in-house Zoho administrator/developer role is highly desirable.
