Pinerium is seeking a strategic and business-oriented Zoho Product Owner to lead requirement management, product planning, and business process alignment across Zoho implementation projects.This role is responsible for translating business needs into actionable product requirements, prioritizing delivery objectives, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring Zoho solutions deliver measurable operational value. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis capabilities with product thinking and understanding of SaaS and Zoho ecosystems.The Zoho Product Owner works closely with Scrum Masters, Developers, Implementation Specialists, Presales Consultants, and client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle. This role exists within Pinerium’s Zoho Project Team structure.Key Responsibilities Product Ownership & Requirement Management Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and clients. Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and user stories. Define product scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and delivery goals. Business Process & Solution Alignment Analyze business operations and recommend optimized workflows using Zoho applications. Ensure proposed solutions align with operational goals and business value. Work closely with Presales Consultants during discovery and solution validation phases. Support process standardization and continuous operational improvement. Agile Delivery Collaboration Collaborate with Scrum Masters and development teams during sprint planning and execution. Clarify requirements and support teams during implementation and testing phases. Review delivered features and validate completed work against acceptance criteria. Participate in sprint reviews, retrospectives, and delivery planning activities. Stakeholder Communication & Coordination Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Communicate priorities, scope changes, risks, and delivery expectations clearly. Support client workshops, discovery meetings, and process discussions. Ensure stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycle. Product Improvement & Documentation Monitor product/process performance and identify improvement opportunities. Prepare process documentation, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams. Maintain accurate backlog documentation and delivery records. Stay updated with Zoho product capabilities and SaaS best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, SaaS implementation, or CRM/ERP projects. Strong understanding of Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Creator. Experience writing user stories, process flows, and functional requirements. Strong business process analysis and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility. Experience with backlog management and delivery coordination tools is preferred. Zoho certifications or Agile certifications are considered a plus. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
