Pinerium is seeking a motivated, analytical, and business-oriented Zoho Product Owner Intern to support product planning, requirement gathering, workflow analysis, and solution coordination within the Zoho ecosystem.This internship is designed for candidates interested in SaaS products, business process automation, Agile methodologies, and digital transformation. The intern will work closely with Zoho teams, developers, implementation specialists, and project stakeholders to support product operations and business solution delivery.The ideal candidate is eager to learn product management concepts, understand customer needs, analyze business workflows, and contribute to innovative Zoho-based solutions in a fast-paced technology environment.Key Responsibilities Product & Business Analysis Support Assist in gathering business requirements and documenting client needs. Support workflow analysis and business process mapping activities. Help prepare user stories, task documentation, and product requirements. Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and operational improvements. Zoho Solution Coordination Support coordination between developers, implementation teams, testers, and stakeholders. Assist in tracking project tasks, timelines, and deliverables. Participate in meetings related to Zoho solution planning and execution. Help ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions. Product Operations & Documentation Prepare and maintain product documentation, reports, and tracking sheets. Assist in managing product backlog updates and operational follow-ups. Support testing coordination and issue tracking activities. Help maintain organized records for workflows, requirements, and project updates. Research & Learning Activities Research Zoho applications, SaaS trends, automation tools, and business solutions. Learn Agile, Scrum, and product management methodologies. Support internal product improvement and innovation initiatives. Participate in continuous learning activities through Pinerium Academy. Communication & Stakeholder Support Assist in communicating with internal teams regarding operational follow-ups. Support meeting coordination, note-taking, and progress tracking. Help ensure smooth communication between technical and business teams. Maintain professional communication and documentation standards. Requirements Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong interest in SaaS products, business automation, and product management. Basic understanding of workflows, systems, or business operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in fast-paced environments. Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum concepts is a plus. Familiarity with Zoho applications, CRM systems, or project management tools is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
