Summer Internships in Egypt

Summer internships are Egypt's dominant early-career pipeline into every large employer. The country's universities increasingly require structured internship credit for graduation, and Egyptian employers now run more formal summer programs than at any prior point — collectively placing thousands of undergraduate and Master's students into 6–10 week paid positions each June–August. The largest structured intakes: P&G Summer Internship (marketing + supply chain), Unilever Summer, Nestlé Summer, PwC / EY / Deloitte / KPMG Summer (Big-4 audit), CIB Summer, Vodafone Discover Summer, Orange Business Summer, Bosta NextGen, Paymob Summer, and the tech-scaleup programs at Instabug, Money Fellows, and MNT-Halan. Most programs run 8 weeks starting in early June with a smaller July intake at specific banks and industrial employers. Compensation at multinationals typically sits at EGP 4,000–12,000 per month.
